I worked until 8pm last night -- finishing the thousand+ pages of review work I needed to do for the project due today. Today I will write up my edits & comments and send them forward -- unless there's a complete IT failure I should finish on time. I've been anxious about phantom sensations in my feet, but I ran 4 miles just fine and timed it pretty well in between rain bands. Next weekend I'll try 5 miles, then I'll try 6 miles again before PDX, and then hopefully maintain at 6 miles per 2 weeks until my next injury/illness or when I train for a half marathon in July ( Read more... )
